Lunchtime Talk & Tour: Feed Your Mind

Thursday 17 July, 12.30pm to 1.30pm

Join us at Impressions Gallery for a free lunchtime tour of our exhibition Beyond the Border by Document Scotland.

Set against the backdrop of the referendum on Scotland’s independence, Beyond the Border brings together four contemporary Scottish photographers, Sophie Gerrard, Stephen McLaren, Colin McPherson and Jeremy Sutton-Hibbert, each with a distinctive view of a nation in the midst of intense debate about its future.

Brian Liddy, Associate Curator, National Media Museum will lead a discussion on the history of Scottish documentary photography, illustrated with images from the National Photography Collection. Click here to read more about the content of the discussion on the National Media Museum blog.

After the event, carry on the conversation downstairs in Forster’s Bistro and Deli, who have kindly offered 10% off all eat in meals for attendees of Feed Your Mind. Simply hand your voucher to your server when ordering.

Free event, no booking required.
