Shape your future join New Focus, our young people’s project group

New Focus are now recruiting new members. We are looking for talented and committed individuals that live, work or study in Bradford and are aged between 16 and 25. We are seeking people with an interest in photography and a passion for Bradford to guide our work and help us think of new ways to reach young people. You will have the opportunity to:

•    Gain creative skills and have fun
•    Work directly with the public gaining valuable customer service skills
•    Work with Impressions team and network with other professionals across the sector

•    Develop key skills in fundraising, project management and leadership

•    Work as a team and meet other like minded individuals from Bradford




This year New Focus are embarking on an ambitious new project and we need new members to work on this. You will be part of a team that works directly with Impressions Gallery staff to support the development of a groundbreaking new project.

Once you have applied you will be invited to attend an information day on Thursday 20 October 5pm to 7pm at Impressions Gallery where there will be a short presentation from Jen the New Focus Project Manager and you will have the chance to hear more about the different job roles and speak to current New Focus members. 



This is a long term position and members need to be committed to being part of New Focus for more than one year.
