Call for stallholders: Vintage & Craft Festive Fair

The Vintage & Craft Festive Fair will take place on Sunday 6 December 2009 from 12.00pm to 4.00pm in the Studio at Impressions Gallery.

All applications for stalls must be received by 4pm on Monday 23 November 2009.

Venue Information
The Studio forms part of the venue shared by Impressions Gallery and Bradford 1 Gallery, which are located in the new development in Centenary Square. The Studio is a light and airy space with panoramic views overlooking the Square and Town Hall. We anticipate a good footfall at the fair due to the venue’s central location and the other Christmas markets taking place immediately outside and throughout the city centre from 3 to 6 December.

Event information
The Vintage & Craft Festive Fair will host a wide selection of stalls selling gorgeous crafts and accessories created by regional makers. The House of Rose & Brown vintage boutique also be in residence selling a selection of beautiful things from every era. After a good browse shoppers will be able to chill out to some fine vintage tunes, revive themselves with warming mulled wine and pick up some crafty skills creating their own stocking fillers at our drop-in workshop.

How to apply for a stall
•    Stalls are available to sell contemporary crafty wares, such as jewellery, accessories, knitwear, home décor, and papercrafts. We particularly welcome those working with recycled vintage crafts.
•    Stalls are available for £5 (includes 1x 5 foot table and 2x chairs).
•    Applications to share stalls are welcome.
•    Please note as space is limited we are unable to accept all applications for stalls.
•    Please fill in the ‘Festive Fair Stallholder application form’ and if possible provide a sample image of your work.
•    Please email your application form and images to festive@impressions-gallery.com or post to Festive Fair, Impressions Gallery, Centenary Square, Bradford, BD1 1SD.
•    If you are emailing images please make sure the total file size per email does not exceed 7mb.
•    Please do not send payment until we have confirmed that we can provide you with a stall.
•    ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4PM MONDAY 23 NOVEMBER.
•    If you have not heard from us by 5pm on Wednesday 25 November then unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with a stall at the event.
