Impressions Gallery

Join us for the second in our series of short film screenings and reflect on the powerful legacy of war, memory and loss away from the front line.

There will also be a chance to view our international exhibition Bringing The War Home, which draws together challenging photographic responses that connect both directly and indirectly with conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Doors 6.00pm, films start from 6.30pm. Refreshments and sofas aplenty.

Songs For My Mother

A story inspired by a set of wardrobe photographs taken by Kubrick for a film about the Holocaust which he never brought to completion. This story creates the backdrop for a developing relationship between two women, Kristina an actress and Esma a costume designer, who are first and second-generation refugees from war torn areas of Europe.
