A documentary by Pointed Arrow Performance
40 mins, screened on a loop from 12.30pm to 3.00pm
Yorkshire Onland Boating Club tells the story of Pointed Arrow's 2009 journey 'Heave'. Over 22 days and 105 miles they pushed their Land Boat through Yorkshire, along roads, down canals and through fields. Travelling deliberately slowly, causing an obstruction in the road, they pushed the boat from place to place. They asked the people they met along the way a question: 'What do you value and why?' and then asked them to write about this on the boat. The boat became a record of all the places they travelled and people they met.
Stop by the Studio at Impressions where the film will be screened on a loop from 12.30pm until 3.00pm, with members of Pointed Arrow Performance present for an informal chat or to answer your questions between screenings.
