Meet the experts, enjoy freshly brewed Chinese tea and discover more about this one thousand year old custom which still forms an intrinsic part of Chinese culture today.
Inspired by Chinese tea house culture and our current exhibition The Queen, The Chairman and I, The Business Confucius Institute at the University of Leeds is hosting tea ceremonies throughout February. Join us in Kurt Tong's contemporary Chinese tea house in the gallery to take part.
Ceremony times
Wednesday 1 February 2017, 12.00pm to 1.00pm
Wednesday 15 February 2017, 12.00pm to 1.00pm
Friday 24 February 2017, 3.00pm to 4.00pm
Ceremonies will run every 20 minutes and each will accomodate up to 10 people.
