Time for Chinese Tea
Friday 10 February 2017, 11.30am to 1.30pm
Join us for free tea and cake, and enjoy a friendly, social morning in our gallery overlooking City Park.
At 12.00pm there will be a short talk about our exhibition The Queen, The Chairman and I.
The exhibition is a fascinating journey into the entwined histories of China and the UK, traced through the family history of photographer Kurt Tong.
At 12.30pm there will be an opportunity to experience a traditional Chinese Tea ceremony led by the experts from The Business Confucius Instiute at the University of Leeds.
Time for Tea is our free regular event for over 55s, everyone is welcome.
