Photographs and Laughs
Do you live in Bradford, and have a family story waiting to be told? Zoom in and join New Focus to share your story, or sit back and listen to others!
We are New Focus Impressions Gallery’s young people’s collective. We are a group of young people from Bradford who love our city and the people that live here!
We are on a mission to explore the unique family stories of the people of Bradford and have developed a new project Bradford Family Archive: Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder, a mass participation project that asks the people of Bradford to share their family photographs and heirloom objects, to become part of the Bradford Family Archive.
Stay connected and have a laugh. Join us any Thursday between 3pm and 4pm from 14 May to 18 June for Photographs and Laughs, fun informal sharing events, where you can meet the team, share your stories or just sit back and listen to others!
This project is funded by Bradford Council, as part of the Response Programme, and Arts Council England.
