Centenary Square is two miles from the motorway network. From the M62, take junction 26, joining the M606, which will bring you to Bradford. Then follow directions to the city centre. Car parking is available at the Broadway shopping centre; Crown Court; Kirkgate Shopping Centre (daytime only); Leisure Exchange; NCP Southgate; Sharpe Street (behind the National Science and Media Museum).

Getting Here
Bradford Interchange is five minutes walk from Impressions Gallery. Although Interchange is currently closed for repair, rail, bus and taxi services can all be accessed from the site. The rail station serves stations to Leeds, York, Manchester, plus Grand Central services to London Kings Cross via Doncaster and Wakefield. Bradford Forster Square rail station is ten minutes walk from Impressions Gallery and serves stations to Leeds, Ilkley and Skipton. There are currently two direct LNER services to and from London Kings Cross each day.
Bicycle racks are available in City Park immediately outside the main entrance to Impressions Gallery. Free lockers are available inside the gallery to store helmets or foldaway bicycles. Impressions is located on Route 66 of the National Cycle Network.

Blue badge parking can be found at the rear of our building on Aldermanbury Street, BD1 1SD. A sloped pavement provides access to our main entrance, where there is a power assisted door and lift. For other Blue Badge parking, please see Bradford Council’s website.
The entrance to Impressions Gallery is at street level. Power assisted doors are in operation and there is a passenger lift to the first floor, where we are located. Baby changing facilities are available in both female and accessible toilets. There is a dedicated disabled toilet. Seating is always available in the gallery.
Impressions Gallery has been surveyed in person by a trained AccessAble surveyor. AccessAble provides free, detailed access information to thousands of places across the UK.
Hearing dogs are welcome.
Lighting levels throughout the building are bright. Occasionally, our exhibitions require dimmed lighting in the gallery. Please check the exhibition page for details. Free large print information (in a minimum font size of 17 points) is available. We welcome Guide and Assistance dogs.
There is a lift in our main entrance area to the first floor, where Impressions Gallery is located. There is no change of level once on the first floor. Baby changing facilities are available in both female and accessible toilets. Gallery Trails and/or family activities are available for free, though donations are always welcome.
