During our Bringing the Beat Back to Bradford exhibition, we are continuing to collect photographs, memorabilia and stories of a much-loved and iconic Bradford building.
Do you remember dancing at The New Victoria, seeing an iconic band at the Gaumont, or watching a classic film at the Odeon? Do you have any photographs, concert tickets, cinema stubs, posters or other mementoes of the building’s past?
Come along to one of our Memory Sharing Drop-ins, taking place every Thursday & Saturday, 11.30am to 1.00pm.
Pop in to the gallery on a Thursday or Saturday lunchtime, where our Gallery Assistants and volunteers will be on hand to photograph or scan your items, or make a short audio recording of your memory.
If you visit the exhibition at any other time, you can write a memory on one of our cards and hand it to a friendly Gallery Assistant at our Welcome Desk who will add this to our Memory Wall.
The items and stories submitted will form part of a growing digital archive of images, memorabilia, and oral histories.
